System retrieves orders daily at 10AM Taiwan Time, orders placed on the same day will be shipped the next day, counting starts from the transfer warehouse.
Above times exclude holidays.
Example Explanation:
Order placed on 3/19 at 9:50 AM; Shipped on 3/19, delivered on 3/20, counting starts from the transfer warehouse.
Order placed on 3/19 at 10:20 AM; Shipped on 3/20, delivered on 3/21, counting starts from the transfer warehouse.
No splitting or canceling orders due to waiting date requests after ordering!
Shipment may be delayed during holidays or due to uncontrollable factors such as natural disasters if there are more orders.
If selecting [Home Delivery]: Actual delivery will depend on the route arranged by the delivery driver.
If selecting [Convenience Store Pickup]: Please pay attention to the arrival SMS and collect the package within 7 days after arrival. According to the policy of 7-11, if the package is not collected within seven days, it will be returned to the sender's original 7-11 store, and the shipping fee loss will be borne by the customer.
In case of situations where the package cannot be received, such as scheduled trips abroad, business trips, changing stores, or changing recipients, please inform in advance, we can change or avoid the date when the package cannot be received.
After the package is delivered to the convenience store, an SMS notification will be sent on the same day for pickup. If you have not received the SMS notification, there could be several reasons:
Incorrect mobile phone number entered during purchase.
The mobile phone number itself has the default function to reject advertising SMS, or there is an app installed to block advertising SMS.
Unstable reception in your location when the SMS was sent.
The storage capacity of the mobile phone's SMS is full.
The recipient's phone has been turned off.
