Anti-Fraud Statement

Fraud Prevention Awareness (2024/4/6)

Dear Customer,

ERAD by  Pioneer Biotech Co., Ltd. will never requestany financial account or credit card information from you through SMS or phonecalls, nor will we ask you to visit a bank counter or operate an ATM through the aforementioned methods.

  1. If you receive any related calls or messages, please be vigilant and do not trust instructions from unknown callers easily. If you have any doubts, please contact ERAD immediately; Excellent Vanguard Co., Ltd. or call the police's anti-fraud hotline at 165 for verification.
  2. When you receive calls displayed with numbers starting with "+","+2", "+886", or any unidentified numbers, please be extra cautious and beware of tactics such as tampering with phone numbers or impersonating specific companies, banks, or judicial agencies. Do not click on unknown links or accept friend requests or messages from unfamiliar LINE contacts.
  3. Commonscam tactics such as "repeated orders" or "incorrect installment payments" are used to gain the trust of consumers and then request online banking or ATM operations. If it involves bank transactions, please directly call the bank. If the content of the call requires you to operate related accounts or provide information, please refuse directly to reduce the risk of fraud.
  4. Please also regularly change your passwords, strengthen password complexity (using admix of upper and lower case letters, numbers), and avoid entering account passwords on public computers to enhance information security.

Best regards,

ERAD by PioneerBiotech Co., Ltd. Wishing you all the best,
